Se alle anmeldelseneEnergetic almost hysterical (in a good sense!) vibe 😂. The movements are quite ‘boring’ but done in a repetitive manner, to the beat and with lots of positive reinforcement from the trainer makes it more interesting. Pretty intense and I would say: don’t go if you’re looking for a more peaceful and relaxed class. I’ll definitely be back!
