She is very professional and talented in what she does and the class felt like a place to completely relax and also work your full body, I was sweating!! Se alle anmeldelseneFantastische les! In het begin moest ik even wennen aan het wat meer ‘zweverige’ gedeelte en de bijzondere oefeningen, maar als je je ervoor openstelt is het echt heerlijk. Ik kwam binnen met flinke spierpijn en ging zoveel vrijer, lichter en ontspannen weer naar buiten. Echt een hele fijne ervaring en kan het iedereen aanraden die teveel in het hoofd zit.
