It was my first time, and I arrived about 15 minutes early—he took the time to walk me through the basics beforehand, which made a big difference. The class itself is a well-rounded workout with a mix of cardio, core, and bag work, so you really feel it. Bryan was attentive throughout, walking around to offer corrections, encouragement, and that extra push when you need it. The music was great, even though I was so focused I can barely remember the songs. The environment was very welcoming, and everyone was friendly. Definitely bring water—you’ll need it! Overall, 10/10 experience, and I’m looking forward to coming back.
