My only problem is are the clients are extremely annoying because if there’s all this vacant space in the class, they will come and squish up next to you every time and I’m not sure if that’s a rule that I haven’t been informed of here, but I don’t know why people bunch up like that here when there’s so much room it’s like they wanna overlap mats. It’s kind of weird, but that has nothing to do with the instructor.

This was in their large downstairs studio, which can be quite cold so be sure to wear layers (this is not a workout class, so you won’t be sweating or moving much). Also, since they don’t have curtains or blinds, there are sometimes a lot of noise and light pollution from the parking lot and street (pedestrians walking by and talking, car headlights, bus announcements, etc.)

Probably because this is classpass or maybe i missed something? -i saw the class/studio description about pilates and it read something about ‘did you know pilates can re-shape your butt’/etc. so i assumed the class would have at least some bum and legs involved but it was only abs and a few arm things. Great for people who want to work abs intensely-not my case. It’d be nice to know which classes/teachers focus on what for next time!

Se alle anmeldelseneKarissa is amazing! This was my first class with her and I can’t sing her praises enough. The class flowed so nicely. I felt very physically challenged yet calm and serene at the same time. I think her playlist, voice, and the way she led the class contributed so much to my experience. I really appreciated her playful teaching style too it added an element of fun which I think lacks in a lot of similar spaces. My friends and I had the best time and we will definitely be on the look out for her classes in the future!

Se alle anmeldelseneCasey’s class is always great and well sequenced!!!! .There has been a guy coming to a lot of the morning classes who is doing what I think he thinks is ujjayi breathing but is not. It’s really distracting all of class (it sounds like constant loud snoring) - a few of the other students have made comments as well. Not a reflection on any of the classes or the studio, it just makes it more difficult to enjoy/relax.

The last time I only heard her say hello on the computer to two people but there are so many people in person… and since she’s catering to the people from home she doesn’t walk around the room to give any adjustments. The computer set up also takes up a bunch of room since no one wants to be in the computers camera shot. Still love her classes regardless!

When I shared I was recovering from back issues, she made sure to check in on me throughout the class which I really appreciated. But this place....exceeded my expectations. I actually used the tea station, I "arrived" in my space knowing it's clean, I "welcomed" myself to a place where I feel comfortable enough to connect with my practice again and this is definitely going to be part of my weekly routine. 😌 I am home. Just in time when I truly needed it most. Thank you to the husband and wife duo for creating a prenatal and postnatal space that is NOT in the valley.
