Se alle anmeldelseneHave been to Ms Kae Ren’s beginner pointe class several times and really loved it! The class starts with exercises in flat shoes before progressing to pointe shoes. It’s quite beginner-friendly. So far, all exercises can be done with both hands holding the barre. There’s also a sense of progression between classes. In the last session, I even tried jumps en pointe for the first time.
