Se alle anmeldelseneWowza! Visiting from LA and so glad I popped in! The playlist was fire and the staff is so friendly! It was a different style than the classes in LA, with more dancing and less resistance call out, but you can push yourself and I still burned more calories than the hard core instructor classes at Barry’s and SoulCycle Santa Monica while having so much fun(thanks applewatch)! Will def revisit :)

Se alle anmeldelseneFantastic class! I love how Spencer leveraged the full class time. Sometimes, classes are a bit short at 40-45 min. He had us working out a good 50-55 min! Feel I got a great workout.

Se alle anmeldelseneGreat yoga flow class to start the week. This class format is what I’d describe as intermediate level yoga - but even as more of a beginner I was able to follow the cues and feel great! I just wish yoga 2.0 would add microphones for the instructors. Will def be back!
