I'd consider going back though cuz the weight room stuff was challenging and I got a lot out of it

Se alle anmeldelseneI’m a pilates/barre/yoga/light weights/walk everywhere girlie, not a bootcamp/crossfit/lifting heavy/solidcore/runner, and so this class was not a style I enjoyed. BUT! If you do like that style of working out, this is a really great class - Justin is a phenomenal instructor, the music is loud and energizing, and his cues are clear and motivating. Three of these classes and I feel like you’d see a noticeable difference.

Erica was so great getting us to each station and making sure we were doing everything with good form. I particularly appreciate the core work which is really lacking at many other studios in the area. I would go again

I like how quick it is! It’s super efficient - if maybe a tad impersonal. The trainers were super friendly though. I’d go back.

Peter encourages you to listen to your body, move intuitively, gracefully, and powerfully. Music choices were an amazing complement, although I was mostly so concentrated on form that I didn’t notice it as much as I normally do. If you’re looking for an athletic challenge beyond the standard, this is a good choice.

Anthony can modify everything if your not feeling it. Love the noon time slot on a Sat so I can sleep in and still get a work out in. Would take this class again 👍
