    Barre - 50 Minutes

Love this studio! Always a great workout with great teachers. My only feedback is that the mic volume tends to be too low in most classes to hear the instructions well. Not a huge deal though!

    MAX BURN

Chris’ Max Burn did exactly what it says, it BURNS!!! In this class, we focused on GLUTES and when I woke up this morning baby! Chris is very instructive, teaches you proper form as you go, and pushes you outside of your comfort zone! What a great class, and what a great instructor!

    Foundational Yoga

Kait was warm & friendly. Really enjoyed the foundations class as a slower, more casual and focused class. I used this to focus on stretching. Note, the parking lot is a mess and parking was tough, plan ahead. Bonus - they have a hot tub, steam room, and sauna! Bring a suit!

    Bootcamp

Tried my first Boot Camp class here and it kicked my butt! the owner is very welcoming and additional instructions were given when I was unsure of the correct movements. Small classes and fun music with lots of encouragement. I will definitely be back!

Really awesome experience! The instructors bring so much energy (especially that early in the morning) that you barely notice just how tough it actually is. You're having fun the whole time. Would do again 10/10.
