Cherice is an angel and the space is serene and amazing, not to mention cleanly and I love the environment with the plants and the little touches like water and snacks. The staff is welcoming and professional and will make you feel at home and settled, and the offerings are unique including the sound healing! I don’t know where else you can even get that in the area. Definitely recommend ☺️

Se alle anmeldelseneBoth services are in middle of boxing gym. The cryotherapy is in a private room and only three minutes. Pretty intense with temps going to -180 degrees. The infrared sauna is in corner of boxing gym so you will have to wear clothes compared to just a towel. They had a robe in cryo room but wasn't offered that. Brandon was very informative and helpful.

The owner was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and made me feel very comfortable the entire time. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and genuinely cared for.
