I was feeling sick and also exhausted from doing full body workouts from previous days (on top of having multiple disk herniations). I have previous experience with dancing. Even then, it takes me time to learn some movements I’ve never done before. I fell behind, but the class and instructor’s energy and motivation kept me going!

One of the ladies working there took the time to talk with me before and after class, answering my questions and addressing my concerns. I especially appreciated her insight as I’m hoping to encourage my mom, who had knee replacement surgery a little over a year ago, to try a class. I also asked whether younger adults attend and which class times tend to attract them. The instructor even joined our conversation, listened thoughtfully, and was incredibly supportive. Everyone was friendly, approachable, and genuinely invested in helping people feel comfortable. Such a positive environment—I’d definitely come back!
