I really appreciated the emphasis on arm balances — it pushed me to try new poses and challenge myself in the best way. Kate is an amazing instructor and created such a welcoming, encouraging environment. The music/theme was also SO good and perfectly matched the pace of class — upbeat pop songs during the stronger flow and slower, calming music at the beginning and end. Everything flowed together perfectly. Can’t wait to take another class with Kate!

Super weird considering two days prior I arrived early and they allowed me to do the earlier class and multiple people came into class late and were allowed in! Most likely will never return to this location based off the attitude I was met with by the 2 ladies at the front very disappointed with this experience since my first time coming here went so well but of course did not want to leave the kind instructor a poor star rating. Do better solid core front desk staff!

The instructor Emily was amazing- so encouraging with positive messages and encouraging each of us to push ourselves and do this for us! Just us and the bike! The music was so inspiring and had fun and challenging beats to pedal to and it was an incredible workout.

Every single thing I did in that class was new to me, but it was all so easy to understand and Kellen’s coaching was so thorough and I felt like he was asking all the right questions trying to really understand what I want to get out of the workout. I really like that it’s not just a workout it’s basically a personal training session. I will for sure be coming back here and telling my friends about this place!

The front half is focused on kickboxing with the classic bag and the tear shaped bag and get lots of variations and combos in. The second half of the session is on circuit training with weights. I was sweating buckets at the end, it felt awesome. Also the group cheered me on when they heard it was my first class, it was so welcoming!

The class space itself has a lot of warm natural light and no mirrors which helps me focus on myself instead of those around me. I really enjoyed Leah’s class. Her guidance made sense and I felt that she did a really great job transitioning from vinyasa to yin. Her voice was soothing, her gentle suggestions were appreciated and, I left feeling warmed up and relaxed.
