Se alle anmeldelseneA hard intense circuit class!! The trainer was great but definitely not beginner friendly, my mom came and definitely struggled with the moves and it is definitely HARD. I go to the gym and know how to do workouts but it was still very intense for me. I probably wouldn’t go again just bc it was way too difficult for me but definitely try it out! I can see how exercising like this would be great for losing weight and building muscles!
