In this class, you can make your practice your own and go at your own pace while focusing on your form. This was my 6th Pilates class but I plan to make this a regular part of my regimen since I am still new to Pilates. Slow and controlled- that’s the best way I can describe this practice which is perfect for building your Pilates foundation. Perfect way to spend a Saturday!

see all reviewsThe gym was awesome! So much to offer, so many different spaces to do different kinds of workouts. The staff was super friendly and helpful, everything was clean and tidy. The only critique I have is that the woman’s locker room has some janky looking carpet, but that’s speaking more on the aesthetic/comfort factor which is NOT the reason I come to a gym! Overall, low key place that I would definitely come back to.

I loved the temperature in the studio, definitely felt the “hot” atmosphere but made my workout that much better! Would recommend for any yogi, loved that she instructed us into positions but also gave alternatives for people looking for a challenge or for people who needed more of a “support”. 10/10

see all reviewsI lovingly say this is not what I would consider a beginner class! It’s still [solidcore] 😂 aka hardcore. I have taken both (intro and a regular class.) It’s the same class with designated group breaks and a demonstration of each exercise. Just so no one is confused it is the introduction to how [solidcore] operates, but even vets to the method say it doesn’t get easier, you just get stronger 😊 When I feel ready and more capable I will retake this class for as long as it takes until I feel more comfortable to keep up with a regular class!
