Also, I had forgotten that there was complimentary coffee post class since it was Tuesday, so I was extra pumped as I left. The front desk staff is exceptionally friendly, as if we’re old friends. Excellent start to my day!

Se alle anmeldelseneThis class was a great workout! The instructor was welcoming and helpful, and the group felt very high energy. However, I would not recommend taking this as your first ever yoga class. The flow moved quickly and it could be easy for someone to get lost if you don’t have a basic handle on the poses. Once you have a few classes under your belt, I highly recommend this sweat sesh!
