It’s a great workout and fun but definitely a learning curve! I feel like this isn’t a universal thing but if you have “mental blocks” some of the moves can be very scary/ uncomfy. Jasmine recognized I was blocked almost immediately and came over to first encourage me to try it and when I was still hesitant offered a modification and walked me through it within seconds so I could continue the flow of my workout. I saw her do this for a few others as well as specific compliments about peoples forms etc. Highly highly recommend this class and Jasmine! Thank you!

It was a nice warm temperature, wouldn’t say “hot” but just enough to get a nice sweat going. The cold essential oil towel at the end was a nice touch to cool off and take in the last couple moments in. Although it’s in downtown there’s plenty of street and garage parking lots to find a space! Recommend for anyone looking to give yoga a try!

Anything super intense or any HIIT classes make me nervous, I have started my fitness journey and have mainly stuck to yoga but this class was great to change up the pace! The instructors were great and super friendly when walking in, there is 3 rounds of each station and the first round they made sure they walked around and assisted me with form and adjustments (as I am short in stature) from the cycle machines to tips on how to properly use the machines. Definitely beginner friendly especially if you want to supplement your workout routine! Would take a F45 class again!

The instructors were amazing, positive, motivational, helpful, supportive I think I had Gianna and Jess those ladies were very welcoming! I haven’t felt that welcomed in a while. I will be back once I get back from vacation. The only thing I will say just for a heads up, the class isn’t lead by instructors they will walk you through each workout but it’s also showing you the workout on the screen. So just be mindful of that but this is a great gym the lady I was partnered with was very supportive as well. This place gets a 10 out of 10 for me! Than you f45!!!

Be mindful that the class may be streamed online. I don’t think anyone should let that deter them from coming, but it is useful to know. This is still your individual practice and your focus should remain on you and what your body feels comfortable doing. I was the least experienced in the class but will proudly go into a modification. 😄 Yoga is not about comparison. It’s about honoring your needs 🧘🏽♀️💕 I met a member who is 53 with scoliosis and said she has been coming for 5-6 years. She shared that it has helped her back issues and increased her mobility. Would highly recommend and return again. 🥰🩷
