    The gym was awesome! So much to offer, so many different spaces to do different kinds of workouts. The staff was super friendly and helpful, everything was clean and tidy. The only critique I have is that the woman’s locker room has some janky looking carpet, but that’s speaking more on the aesthetic/comfort factor which is NOT the reason I come to a gym! Overall, low key place that I would definitely come back to.

    Dana and the lovely lady at the front desk were both extremely kind. 🤗 It’s welcoming as a beginner when you are greeted with kindness the moment you enter the space. Be mindful that the class may be streamed online. I don’t think anyone should let that deter them from coming, but it is useful to know. This is still your individual practice and your focus should remain on you and what your body feels comfortable doing. I was the least experienced in the class but will proudly go into a modification. 😄 Yoga is not about comparison. It’s about honoring your needs 🧘🏽‍♀️💕 I met a member who is 53 with scoliosis and said she has been coming for 5-6 years. She shared that it has helped her back issues and increased her mobility. Would highly recommend and return again. 🥰🩷

    I can’t say enough good things about this class! Taleia is the sweetest and most patient instructor ever. If you’re afraid of taking this class- don’t be. It IS beginner friendly and she slows down each step to show you exactly how to do it. The energy and vibe of the class was awesome, and everyone was very supportive as someone who is new to step aerobics. I especially loved the end of class where Taleia had us repeat affirmations and thank ourselves for showing up and working hard. Will definitely be back soon! (Bring a towel and water- it is HOT in there!)

    At first I was nervous, Elliot is very welcoming and motivational. Out of all the gyms I tried on class pass I felt the most comfortable at his. I appreciate the support from the others in the gym. Judgement free zone which is something I loved! Elliot will definitely kick your butt! But it will be worth it. I’m really glad I tried his gym.
