    Jeffrey’s classes are pretty incredible. I love how challenging it is. He gives lots of options when it comes to the movements which I really like because not everyone may have the same level of fitness. The class when I went Friday morning was really lively and the music was so so good!!! It definitely helped during the more intense lower body part of the class. He comes around and gives corrections and form suggestions which I like a lot.

    I really enjoyed Tiana's class! She's the best spin instructor I've encountered in Toronto so far. Not only was she patient with waiting for everyone to be set up before starting class, but throughout her class she would instruct on proper form and technique. As a casual spinner, I learned so much from her in this one class alone. She also has great energy and keeps the class motivated. It was just a lot of fun! Overall, Ride is a welcoming studio and I've been enjoying the complimentary Kind bars. My only wish would be for cold wet towels at the end of class.

She was gentle yet also provided a challenging class to help everyone push themselves at their own levels.     Best boxing class I attended (I tried three boxing classes through my ClassPass trial). I was fortunate enough to have Ross as my instructor - he's a former North American champion! He was very mindful of the newbies in the class (including myself) and took his time spelling out the basics for us (e.g. stance, jab, cross). A bit of cardio work sprinkled throughout, but it wasn't overkill. Spent a good amount of time shadow boxing and practicing punches with the bags. Also love that he didn't charge me for using the gloves - which my other two classes did! Thank you, Ross and Hardknocks!!

    This class was an incredible experience. I felt so comfortable and safe to just be my quirky self in the space and it is all thanks to Greg! He truly knows how to make such a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. The class was beginner, friendly, and even when our coordination was off, he was able to replace any pressure. He felt to be perfect with humor, charisma, and community. Thank you so much for providing me with an amazing start to my Saturday that truly just shaped how the rest of my day felt. Super clean and modern facilities. 2 options for cold plunge: 8-10 degree tubs and 2-4 degree tubs which was nice to see. The staff was also super friendly.     Great class!I loved the energetic and dynamic flow. Some positions can be challenging, like holding a headstand, but I personally really enjoyed it. I also liked that the teacher applied a warming balm during class and offered a mini neck massage during the meditation at the end.
