The equipment is high quality and very well maintained. The class itself was excellent , with only five reformers, it felt very personalized. The instructor was attentive and supportive, offering different options so everyone could work at their own level. I really enjoyed the session and will definitely be back 💘

Stephen explained every exercise clearly and paid close attention to everyone’s technique, making sure we moved safely while pushing ourselves. The studio is also very well equipped. It has helped me become much more aware of how my body moves and connects, strengthened my core from every angle, and significantly improved my posture. Every session feels like an opportunity to go a little deeper and learn something new about my body. I’ve struggled with lower back pain since my teens, and today, at 34, I genuinely feel stronger than I did in my 20s, even though I played competitive water polo until I was 27. Durrah’s cues were fantastic and she gave every student individual attention and adjustments to ensure proper alignment. The class was really accessible for all levels and I felt very comfortable practicing with other more advanced students. I came out of the class feeling better than when I arrived. Wonderful studio and great instructors all around.

It was the perfect mix of relaxation, stretching, and strength training, especially for the arms. The atmosphere made it so easy to really switch off, reconnect with yourself, and fully relax while still feeling like you got a great workout. By the end of the class, I genuinely felt like a new person. I’ll definitely be coming back again.

I took the Bunda class and let me tell you, I was put TO WORK. We were all shaking nonstop. I have over 500 Solidcore classes under my belt, I do Enmei when in London, a few hundred reformer classes, and dozens of Lagree classes. This was a true challenge. Loved it!
