The instructors took the time to make sure i understood and was comfortable with the equipment. The workout was fun and intense... Very high energy. The equipment allows you to track your stats and heart rate. Definitely a positive experience.

Se alle anmeldelseneI loved the pace! The warming up really gets the body moving, the challenge of the barre routine, the cool down stretch. It elevated and calmed down the heart. Really enjoyed the class , the instructor was very encouraging and corrects/ explain techniques.
