Se alle anmeldelseneSteffi's instruction always makes me feel so calm and determined!! Love the way she keeps us focussed on the present exercise while calmly explaining the next, meaning there's no rush and confusion, just constant slow and intense burn. Hvala ♥️

Se alle anmeldelseneI left the class after 20 min lmao. It was the most humble experience for me so far. Noemi was really nice, she gave me water and another girl from class gave me some jelly gums because I needed some sugar. Definitely high intensive class. I’ll try lagree again but after gaining more strength

Se alle anmeldelseneNoemi is easily one of my top three Lagree instructors in Berlin! 🔥 She’s incredibly attentive to technique and always makes sure every movement is performed correctly. I especially love that whenever there’s a free Megaformer, she gets on it herself to demonstrate the exercises—which makes such a difference because you can actually see the form in action. Her classes are challenging, super well-taught, and always deliver such a good burn. Absolutely love training with her! 🤍

I’ll be back 🩵
