Tristian really walks you through everything perfectly. If you are nervous about trying yoga or a new class, look for Tristian’s name and sign up for his class- he will take great care of you!

Se alle anmeldelseneI liked the smaller space of the studio. Very clean and staff was friendly. I can see how parking is a pain in the summer. This class was a bit different as I notice most classes will continue telling you the next move - this class ran through the sequence a few times and then we were left to go through them on our own. I didn’t realize how much I autopilot in prior classes and so this forced me to pay more attention so that I could remember what was next! I loved it more than I thought I might! Will be back 🫶

She intertwined a lot of intention and philosophy throughout which I always appreciate, and she was very accommodating to different injuries in the class.

Shes super knowledgeable and informative throughout the whole practice while keeping it soothing and relaxing. She led it flawlessly and there was some sound bowl healing at the end. I felt an incredible difference the moment I walked out of the studio. Such a powerful session. I’ll definitely be back for more yin yoga sessions from her! First time here and first time trying yin yoga and it’s now my favorite for sure. 🩷🙌🏽

Se alle anmeldelseneSuch a great class. There was so much intention behind each movement and it was a perfect balance of poses that really stretched you out with ones that got your muscles working. We had a dance break in the middle of class which sparked SO much joy, and then she ended class by singing to us with the most amazing voice I’ve ever heard! I will be booking another one of her classes asap :)
