Se alle anmeldelseneKate is a fantastic instructor. She knows when and how to exert energy through flow and when to emphasize breath. I have enjoyed her classes, I am battling vertigo and Sciatica. Yoga is helping tremendously. I've always been type A and my workouts have been running, hiit, spin and weights. I am learning to exercise differently as I'm in my 50s and "going hard" no longer serves me, mentally or physically. Kate's class is a great, challenging workout!

Se alle anmeldelseneThis class was so fun! It was my first time and I worked up quite a sweat while following the instructor’s dance moves. Each song has its own combo and rhythm so theres plenty of variety and it’s not too hard to keep up. The class also ends with a slower cool down song where you stretch out. I will def come back to this one!

Se alle anmeldelseneThe workout was very chill. I had done Pilates once or twice so I could look around to get an idea. But not much instructor guidance. Music was really low felt almost like a yoga or meditation situation. I don’t like that midway through they had me buy socks. Almost felt like why did I get there early just to get pulled out mid workout? Aside from that it was nice. Probably better for an older crowd, I didn’t burn many cals but I felt stretched.
