The singing bowls at the end of class was a nice touch, too! Chris' instruction was well paced and at an appropriate level for what is meant to be one of GaiaFlow's introductory level classes. I have loved GaiaFlow for years, and classes like this one are why!

Se alle anmeldelseneInstructor was great at setting the tone and vibes of this relaxing deep stretch class. I did poses I haven’t done in other beginner type courses, and it was pretty awesome. The instructor did a really good job of walking you through the poses, helping to transition from one to the next, providing guidance and adjustments as necessary. Highly recommend!

Se alle anmeldelseneThe class can be hard the first time as it moves quickly. Caryn gives great queues but between the form, changing weight, learning the combos it can be a lot. If you struggle with the class give it 2-3 more times and you’ll become addicted!
