From the time I walked in until the time I left I felt so welcomed . As a beginner the class was very beginner friendly but I sweated like crazy! It was so fun and the team there were so personable and friendly. I will be the best workout ever! I’m coming back consistently.

This class was not what I was expecting. If you're looking for something more like Title or Ding Ding, this isn't it. It's a true boxing class that focuses on paired sparring the whole time. When I arrived and that was explained to me, I didn't feel prepared or comfortable enough to participate. Thankfully they were understanding and nice enough to still let me use the equipment to work out on my own.
