This is an intense class that involves the treadmill and weight lifting, I think it was good to have experience as I train a lot of cardio and weight lift every week. It was definitely appropriate to my abilities but Linda’s flexibility and ability to walk you through all the workouts makes it easy! Definitely coming back when in the area again.
