I couldn’t have done it without a friendly client, named Taylor, who let me follow her, and I made it! I did not think I could do it. The is in a black room with loud music, and gets you to move. I will def go back.

Se alle anmeldelseneBen is a nice guy, and relates well, for a newer bee like me. The class goes by very fast! You need your mat and weights ready for max work out efficiency. I enjoyed, but it’s gonna take more work to get in all the moves. Ben was super chill, and positive about that with me. He mentioned going to Classic Stride, if I just wanted to do a class with just the treadmill.
