    I love Loghan’s classes! She’s quickly becoming one of my favorite instructors at Zenergy. She really knows how to pace a class in a way that I don’t lose all my steam too soon, but by the end of the class I feel completely spent and know that I gave 100%. Highly highly recommend :)

    TRX BOOTCAMP

    Instructor was kind and helpful. Explained the workout well and offered corrections as needed. Good playlist. Workout was beginner friendly and was easy to modify to make more challenging or less challenging. Facility was easy to find. Plenty of free street parking. Everyone in the class was welcoming.
