I wasn’t sure what to expect since the studio is inside a med spa, but it ended up being a fantastic experience. I do a lot of Pilates, so this was a nice change of pace. The class incorporated heavier weights and offered a great strength workout that definitely challenged me in a different way. It was the perfect balance of strength and stretching, and I left feeling like I got a really effective workout. The class size was small with only seven participants plus the instructor. To top it all off, during the final stretch we were each given a chilled, lightly scented towel to place over our faces. It was such a thoughtful touch and the perfect way to end a great class. I’ll definitely be back!
