He cued well, balanced helpful feedback with compliments and encouragement, and was upbeat and down to earth. He made my first boxing class a great experience and I’d be happy to take more classes from him. The facility was nice, well designed, and clean.

Staff will help you learn to do the wraps. and they gave extra guidance and come over and correct form (especially when they know you're new). I have done running, powerlifting, volleyball and this is my new favorite workout, so glad I found it and it is such an awesome community.
