Ass Abs & Cold Plunge
Se alle anmeldelseneI’ve been really loving classes here! Everyone, the instructors and students, are all super friendly and welcoming. And the classes leave me feeling sore in all the right ways!
CA Yoga Barre was created with intention and those core intentions are simply: Kindness…Yin
Se alle anmeldelseneTaking Madeline’s classes are like a big hug from a friend. This yin class was lovely and was paced perfectly. Afterwards, I partnered it with a Nidra/sound class and the combo was pure magic. I was so relaxed in the second class, I accidentally fell asleep and woke up as people were packing up 😅.

Se alle anmeldelsenethey lit sage during the warmup and i loved the mirrors on the ceiling! i would recommend bringing your own mat towel since they’re not provided. very intense / fast paced but instructor was great and class flew by. only complaint would be the ankle weights kept falling off since the velcro was too worn.
At Portal PILATES and YOGA, your escape into rhythm, intention, and divine transformation…Yin And Restorative
Se alle anmeldelseneAmber’s chillness is worth it all on its own. I’m a larger man with some past injuries and the class isn’t always as “doable” as I’d like, but that’s a me thing. Out of all the yin and candlelight style classes I signed up for up for here on class pass. She stands out with the time she gives you in between positions and I love that. I’m usually the last to get into position fully and the last to get out. Her flow and cadence is very manageable and supportive.

Welcome to Surya Yoga and Wellness. We offer a variety of yoga and wellness programs…Reformer Pilates
Se alle anmeldelseneAmazing instructor - great playlist, asked for names and injuries and consent to give adjustments, provided great modifications to an expecting mom using a pregnancy wedge in my class. I was really impressed with her flow & personality! The air was also on today at 75 so it wasn’t as hot, and she dimmed the lights a bit. She even used heavier loads which I liked but adjusted as people needed.
Be the Light! A sanctuary for movement, mindfulness and community. Discover strength…Gentle Reformer
Se alle anmeldelseneLove love love Gentle Reformer. It’s the perfect mix of a light burn but gentle enough that you aren’t panting nor sweating. I also love the instructor; she had us doing a lot of new moves I’m not familiar with that felt awesome. I’ll definitely be back!
The Wave Pilates and Wellness Studio takes an all-encompassing approach to your health…Community Class — Nidra + Sound
Se alle anmeldelseneLove love love Randy’s Nidra and Sound classes! She does such a great job of gently guiding you into a truly meditative state and mixing that seamlessly with sound elements like the bowl, gong, and rain drum throughout. I was fading in and out of twilight sleep and I left feeling recharged yet relaxed. ✨

Se alle anmeldelseneI enjoy every class Ella instructs, she’s welcoming, and is mindful asking if anyone needs modifications. I get a killer workout and leave sweating a lot , I love it! Her music choice is also great it’s not super loud where you can’t hear her💫 definitely will be coming back!

Se alle anmeldelseneDefinitely come at least 10 min early, it is tricky to find and when you enter there is no waiting room, you are just right into the class! I came in a couple minutes late after getting lost and was mortified to disrupt class, but the instructor was so kind and welcoming! The only thing I would change would be the playlist. It was very upbeat, similar to hold music or Wii Sports music. I am used to yoga set to calming/nature music, so it was a little hard to connect with my breath and clear my thoughts. Otherwise, the poses and cadence and flow were great, very kind instructor and attendees, clean studio and small/intimate. Plenty of parking.

Se alle anmeldelsenePablo was the trainer tonight and he’s awesome! Great energy, very good adjustments that helped me with balance and form, and I can always hear his cues over the music. I’d love it if Fit Body could add the trainers name to the class times like other gyms do so I could book a class with Pablo again.

Se alle anmeldelseneI visited Aloe Beauty in the past for my first reiki session and decided to come back after an extremely healing experience with Kelly. Deep Tissue/Neuromuscular/Myofacial Release
Se alle anmeldelsene10/10 recommend Juliette. Best massage I’ve had in a long time. If you have chronic tension, this is the place for you. Two things to note: this is a home based business and there are also cats on the premises incase you’re highly allergic (they obviously aren’t out while you’re there). Honestly better than any other massage places I’ve tried on ClassPass or in general, and I’ve tried a lot in my area. The only place I’ll go to now.
