There was a lot of us in class so it was difficult to get feedback immediately but teach answers all the questions as much as she can.

The routine felt fresh and had some unique movements, which I really appreciated as someone who's been taking reformer classes for a while but is still building strength. Coach Joyce was very attentive throughout the session, regularly checking on everyone and providing form corrections when needed. Highly recommend if you're looking for a beginner-friendly class that still gives you a solid challenge!

The instructor was very supportive and the class size during my visit was small, hence, she could see who is struggling easily and assists so everyone can make the poses. The studio was well lit and AC was set in a comfortable level. Looking forward to trying out other classes from BH East!

Se alle anmeldelseneI think i found my new favorite studio in the metro 😌 i loved every sqm of the place, it was clean, spacious, aesthetic interior, and with complete amenities! They have lockers, shower, water dispenser, all the equipment are provided. They even give hot tea and biscuits after class +1! The class was very relaxing.. too relaxing i almost fell asleep 😆 coach was so good at giving instructions and affirmations. Recommended for beginners and even those who do not have any experience in yoga. Will come back to try other classes! 💗
