    Deep Tissue - 1.5 Hour Session

    I was with Evelyn the therapist, she was incredible! I asked to focus on my back, shoulder, and neck areas because I’ve been having tension headaches. She found out I have a very tensed plantar fascia and could be related to my headache. She even massaged my subscapularis muscle! The whole session was relaxing, I fell asleep briefly in the middle of it. I really recommend her, she’s very experienced and does a lot of stretching movement too during the massage.

    I had the most incredible float and infrared sauana session. I'm litterly floating now. Such a peaceful environment. Staff were so welcoming and knowledgeable. 100% will go back.

    Infrared Sauna (30-Minutes)

    Very friendly and helpful staff. Sauna was as expected. Temperature could’ve been set higher at start of session. Took about 10mins to get up to 70. Not much privacy but didn’t bother me, but may bother others. Showers were good. Would recommend.

    Hot Stone Massage 30mins

    Having never had a hot stone massage before, this was ab excellent first experience. I would definitely recommend. Relaxing but not so passive that it didn't have any effect on my sore muscles from training.
