She was great at cueing different movements, encouraging people to challenge themselves but also creating a safe space for them to take things at their own pace. I found her demoing the positions and how to mount the reformer for certain positions super helpful! Would definitely recommend her class and take it again.

Se alle anmeldelseneKitty was the sweetest and very helpful. Most of the class is done with the pole on static which helps a lot to get the correct from down and at the end it switches to spinning pole which was my personal favorite part.

The class was fun, comfortable, and Adrienne was great with being patient, repeating demonstrations, and giving feedback. As someone who can be nervous dancing at all, especially in public, it was a great experience, and an awesome, fun workout.

I really enjoyed her class tonight & learned a lot :) although it was a full class, she taught several tricks and managed to give personalized instruction to every one. In the end, she even showed me a trick that’s been on my mind for a while. Highly recommend her classes!!
