I realized I really am not in touch with my body anymore whew! this was a low pressure environment to fail and have fun and also learn a cool combination! I felt free after when I had a hard day at work. I loved the light in here very cozy and vibey.

Se alle anmeldelseneHonestly this gym far surpassed my expectations and I think I’ll probably sign up for a membership. They had a ton of equipment, every machine I can imagine. Tons of treadmills and stairmasters etc. They have multiple specialist rooms with really high end, specific equipment, and even a Sauna. I’m surprised other reviews didn’t mention that. Their membership is super affordable and they also have trainers in-house. Recommend checking it out, nothing to lose!

Se alle anmeldelseneIt’s a fun class. The instructor is nice and very patient with what she teaches. However if you are new to K-pop dancing (my first time ever ) it may be hard to catch up for the speed of the songs. A lot of hip movements. I wish they would go slow a little bit more times but I can understand that there are more advanced students on that class.
