I am suggesting that she reminds students to use their quiet indoor voices at the end of class, as some people choose to stay in chavasana for a few more minutes. (I unfortunately left feeling a bit violated by 2 students talking about their plans for the day incredibly loudly 20 inches from my ear while I was still recovering. It was incredibly disrespectful, and I couldn’t believe they were that oblivious.)

Narb is a wonderful instructor who actually takes the time to pay attention to everyone's form, offer advice, and do lots of demos and movement adjustments for those who need it. The Performance Academy community is also super friendly and welcoming! Overall couldn't recommend this class enough.

The class was fun, comfortable, and Adrienne was great with being patient, repeating demonstrations, and giving feedback. As someone who can be nervous dancing at all, especially in public, it was a great experience, and an awesome, fun workout.

Also do NOT go up the stairs from the deep end of the parking lot. I got stuck. Go up from near the parking lot entrance.

She is a master and brought out the best in my dance. Most of the class was taught in a foreign language but I could still keep up and I didn’t mind at all. This studio has some of the most excellence and talent I’ve ever seen. Definitely worth a try! Be mindful of your level so you can get the most you can out of class :)
