Really really liked this instructor. Perfect volume, great poses and flow, and loved how she aligned everything with chakras. Created a safe and welcoming space. Was sad she was just subbing bc would love to take class w her every sat!

Amazing class!!! Please have Adair do the Sunday morning classes regularly 🙏 She is sooo good. Perfect cues and pace (not too fast), really cares about our form, gets our stretch in as well as a good flow; and music isn’t too loud, just the right volume. Love how she always leaves the fans on at the entire end of class. Everyone left class happy and told Adair how awesome class was! I will stalking her classes from now on 😂

    75 Minute Flow + Restore

My first time to this class and studio and I left feeling completely refreshed. This was the best space to take a deep breath, look inwards and have a moment for yourself. Caitlin was an incredible instructor and had the perfect balance of pushing yourself while taking care of yourself. I couldn’t recommend more!

    hot pilates

A deeply engaging blend of naturally abundant coaching talent, skillful instruction, good tunes, clear queues (at a difficult to deliver volume—audible and encouraging, though not ever shouting or muffled under the beat of tracks). Casey’s class vibe was disciplined yet fun and personable in an authentic way. She framed PRs well conceived sequences in a challenging though largely accessible program, made me feel inspired to push limits—yet not to the point of a sorta overtrained spiral (as I may at times tend toward in demanding hot pilates or sculpt run throughs). That said, the humidity levels felt rather oppressive at times and though appreciate a good burn, generally prefer up to low 90 ish degrees w more moderate humidity and some increased air circulation moments. Phew!! Am not a legit hot hot hot yoga type, haha. At the end of the day, have in recent years taken dozens of hot yoga pilates and sculpt class at several different nyc studios—including a good few of legit favs at PR, yet can unequivocally say this was my absolute best in class—felt so balanced though just as rigorous as any other and granted had to take breaks and didn’t get through all sequences but yea, she slams to the Gods!

Special aptitude as an instructor—rather challenging requirements that could otherwise begin to feel tedious, hit as fresh and engaging. Great class to address underutilized muscles and thirsty connective tissues that are a key to improved mobility, strength and longevity. Gabby had great energy, was attentive and uplifting.

    Center Yoga II

Great place to do yoga! It was room temp, with a big fan running which I liked because I can't do hot yoga. I am a complete beginner to yoga and this class was intermediate, but still well paced and I was able to follow along easily. The Instructor gently gave tips to peoples forms, and was very careful to specify not just what was good for the body, but forms that were bad for the body (to avoid!). This was the class that has really spurred me to want to do yoga daily

    Somatic Stretch and Surrender

Arrived after completing a particularly rigorous hot yoga sculpt class at another studio, seeking a sorta extended stretch and wind down moment, this fit the bill. Spacious luxe cocoon like minimalist studio hit just the right vibe, instructor’s therapeutic tone paired well with the tranquil almost clinical feel to program w key focus on mind/body connection and breath work for improved flexibility and mobility.

I really enjoy how soothing Lexie’s voice is during the session and that there is a meditative component/effect. I always leave feeling a little more clear headed and at ease afterwards. I think at the end I enjoy the body roller vertical more than the yellow ball and yoga block combo. I got a nice stretch overall but I think the first time I did this I felt a lot more release. Each day is different and I’ll take it as a good sign that my body isn’t holding onto as much stress tension and trauma as before. Overall had a great time.
