Karina was phenomenal! She has an amazing music set, walks and talks you through the hardest pushes and has the best motivational speeches that make you wanna work 10x harder. Her energy is amazing! I will come back consistently for her classes. Excellent location and staff is super super friendly!

I. Love THIS PLACE. Their staff was so welcoming and informative, any questions i had were answered with no hesitation. Everything there was very clean. Ive never had a facial before this one but i will be comparing my next facials (if i get any) to this one i had here. They have machines here I didnt know existed and i loved learning about what each one did. The technology here is insane. The owner was in the reception area when i walked out and she was soooo sweet, she really knows how to run a clean and efficient place. Im excited to go back in a couple weeks for another facial. I also did the infrared bike and the infrared sauna. Amazing. They make sure that what you do that day is not too harsh on your body and i appreciate them for that!
