Perks include warm greeting by desk staff, free spacious parking lot, cleanliness and space, engaging owner and instructor Dan who takes the time to not only orient beginners but assist with form during class, great playlist. Unlike other gyms, they have showers and a locker room which are available for use to class pass users. Great full body workout which is friendly to all ages and performance levels.
