Before the session was even done body felt way better, now my achy side is my good side so I will be going back for the other side. I also learned I was doing squats wrong and i learned how to use my feet and big toe to engage my glutes while walking. I never feel rushed when I come there, it’s a very personalized service with many different modalities available depending on my needs that day
