Christina leads a wonderful yin class, offering guidance and modifications for beginners as well as challenges for more advanced yogis. I am a beginner and have been loving yin, especially those classes lead by Christina. Her gentle voice and well-paced dialogue layered over an incredible playlist creates the best vibe. This morning class + her Thursday night candlelight yin are now going to be a part of my weekly routine. Just the right amount of stretch, mindfulness, relaxation with a soft touch of strength.
