The studio is usually really warm and it was hot, but it definitely wasn’t so warm that you couldn’t breathe as sometimes it gets. Want to add this Saturday class to my rotation. Gorgeous studio and good vibe.

Her pace was perfect and had a beautiful rhythm. I really hope she teaches a class like this regularly, this was one of the best restorative classes I have been to!
