It really gets into all the nooks and crannies and is intense yet relaxing at the same time. Great addition to my intense hot Pilates and reformer Pilates classes. I really enjoyed it.

I let her know it was my first time there and she took over. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ She made sure I had what I needed before the class. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ During class she led a fun, but challenging session designed for intermediate and advanced yogis. (Beginners could take this class also but may understand the names of the movements and poses). Lexie did every single move, rep, and modifications all while still having the breath to articulate in detail every movement. I didn’t even have to look at her (I still looked but didn’t have to). ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ And then after she spoke with me about my injuries, offered her experience and gave solid feedback for modifications. The studio itself is new and clean. The workout was effective. I will probably take another intro class to get used to it before doing the full-fledged class. For context I have never done a lagree/mega reformer type of class, but I have done classic reformer Pilates.

Christina leads a wonderful yin class, offering guidance and modifications for beginners as well as challenges for more advanced yogis. I am a beginner and have been loving yin, especially those classes lead by Christina. Her gentle voice and well-paced dialogue layered over an incredible playlist creates the best vibe. This morning class + her Thursday night candlelight yin are now going to be a part of my weekly routine. Just the right amount of stretch, mindfulness, relaxation with a soft touch of strength. The pace of the class was perfect—not too fast, but still challenging enough to feel the burn. I never felt lost or overwhelmed, and Trisha explained everything so clearly.
