But, they managed to make it fun and it’s 45 minutes to dedicate ourselves for our well-being. I’ll take it. What a great place and community of humans!

Her way of guiding you for sixty minutes is completely flawless. The constant reminder to breathe, the hands on assists and amount of time she allows for savasana could not be better. Her skill of teaching you better discipline and trust are immeasurable. I could not recommend this class more- thank you so much LisaMarie, what a perfect experience!

There was ample parking at 12pm but unsure how it would look at rush hour etc. I wish it would open 30 mins before class, I had to use a bathroom at a restaurant and buy something unfortunately.
