Although not what I was expecting, I really liked that it was different than a traditional vinyasa flow! It had a good mix of challenging moves like pistol squat variations and slowed down movements and stretches. Would come again!

I loved how she incorporated the yoga strap throughout the entire flow, using it in creative ways to deepen stretches, improve alignment, and challenge us with different variations. She placed a strong emphasis on breath work and offered helpful adjustments to either intensify or modify each stretch. As someone who enjoys binds, I especially appreciated how many were incorporated into the class. It was a challenging and rewarding workout, and I’m already looking forward to coming back. Just be prepared, this class gets very hot!

The class focused on extended holds (up to 5 min) with lots of props (chair, bolsters, blocks, horses, various wood supports). I would recommend it for older people and those with injuries or mobility issues.

As someone who loves yoga, doing it on the paddle board elevates the practice by making the usual postures much more challenging, and the environment so peaceful and pleasant on the water. Such a fun thing to try for the first time or to get stronger at your yoga practice. Dana absolutely rocks and Nika was a great instructor as well!! Amazing energy!
