From the moment I entered Pure Pilates I felt the welcoming atmosphere, even before I mentioned that this was my first time. The woman at the front desk (I can’t seem to remember any names) immediately put me at ease. The reformer room was clean and organized. The instructor was so helpful and friendly, even at 6:00 am. She explained how to adjust the reformer and the purpose of the various modifications. She also provided important suggestions throughout the class. I truly appreciated the low impact movements. I have a lot to learn, and I’m looking forward to experiencing more at Pure Pilates. Thank you, ladies, for such an enriching experience.

Se alle anmeldelsenethe instructors and coach were sooooooo nice!! they were really watching and doing personal adjustments as we were doing the exercises too!! it was like a circuit of 9 cardio/weight exercises so i went in knowing i’d need to pace myself which is what i did!! the participants were really friendly too

Though unassuming from the outside, inside was a full health and fitness centre with rooms for treatments and a gym at the back for training. Caleb was a very kind and patient trainer who knew his stuff. It was hands down one of the best chest and back sessions I’ve had. He took the time to check on our form and he motivated us to get our reps in. Definitely would recommend checking this place out! Will come again!
