Cari definitely challenged me and her consented light touch form adjustments were so helpful. I appreciated how Alissa paid attention to students' form during the movements & respectfully offered corrections & modifications. I’m definitely coming back love how hot it was but it wasn’t like I’ll pass out hot haha. The perfect heat to get a great sweat on. Not only her, but the other people taking her class were extremely helpful and welcoming. It’s so clear that Nancy has built a strong, positive community here, and that is so special and rare! The studio was clean, homey, and zen. I felt my stress of the day immediately wash away when I arrived. The class itself was incredible! It was the first time I’ve done a yoga class that was influenced by martial arts, it was so unique and empowering! Nancy was great about explaining the flow and correcting my form, which I really appreciated! I highly recommend this studio!!! You can tell it’s truly a one-of-a-kind place, thoughtfully built for community. Loved it!!!
