After an indoor cycling and leg day workout at the gym, I rewarded myself with Compression Therapy on my legs and then with Infrared Sauna session and it was wonderful, to end my wellness day! The manager Joe and Daloj received me and treated like at home. I enjoyed the session relaxing and just connecting with my well being time.
