The music was perfect to keep everyone engaged and hyped. It was my first time doing a jumping class. So challenging, but worth it!

Se alle anmeldelseneLesly’s was so much fun but I still felt that I got a great workout! You will definitely sweat and feel the burn but it is easy to follow along, modify your pace at times and enjoy the workout to the beat of some great music. I will definitely be taking it again 🔥

I don’t think I’ve sweated that much in any other fitness class I’ve taken. They do have showers which I believe you can use. The energy is amazing, the playlist really helped me get through some sets, and I highly recommend coming here! The owners, trainers, and everyone are so helpful and welcoming!
