I love Andreas classes and I love how she meets everyone at their level - for me, I love how she pushes me and knows what I’m capable of, even when sometimes I doubt myself. I’m prepping for my wedding and she’s fully getting these bridal arms where I need them to be at! I’ll book her class at any studio.. highly recommend. She’s a beyond knowledgeable instructor, cues always flow, counts are always helpful and she understands the body. Can’t speak more highly of her , she’s just the best!

Truly this is class is all about who you take! It’s hard but she pushes you and makes you feel like a queen! My rating went from 3 to 5 stars because of her :)

Se alle anmeldelseneABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! Erin was an incredible instructor, super welcoming from the second I stepped into the studio. It was my first time doing a barre class, and I definitely want to go back! Not only was Erin welcoming and helpful in getting me set up for my first class, but the other people taking the class were friendly and welcoming as well! I could tell most of them are regulars, which speaks volumes about the type of community this studio creates. Incredible vibes, everyone was in high spirits, and the music was so fun! The exercise moves were timed to the music playlist, which I’ve never experienced to this level of detail in a workout class. It really demonstrated how much thought was put into the routine prior to class. It was definitely a challenging class, but it was so worth it! If you have any doubts, BOOK A CLASS HERE! You won’t regret it!

She helped me move with the pace of the class since I am still newer to pilates. The class was the perfect pace, not too slow and not too fast. We got to use all the different boards which made the class extra exciting.
