You can really feel the care and TLC the owner has for this location, and it shows through the staff. I’ve been to another Perspire location in the past, but this one was so much more comfortable and hospitable. The facilities were clean and well maintained, and the bathroom was exceptionally clean as well. 10/10, I’ll definitely be coming to this location from now on. <3

I started using it consistently to help with soreness and overall wellness, and I’ve noticed such a difference in how my body feels afterward. Upon arrival, the staff took me to my private sauna, which was stocked with clean towels, a robe, and sandals, making the experience feel comfortable and relaxing. The only issue I encountered was that the sauna was not preheated for my morning appointment. I checked in about 10 minutes before my scheduled session, and the staff let me know I could either wait for it to warm up or begin my session right away. I chose to start my session and remained until the end of my appointment time. However, even after being in the sauna for about 20 minutes, it still didn’t feel very hot. It wasn’t until the last 8–10 minutes of my session that the temperature reached the 130s, which still wasn’t quite hot enough for my preference. I mentioned this to the staff afterward, and she was very apologetic and explained that she would try to have it preheated sooner next time. I appreciated her response and willingness to address the issue. Overall, I had a positive experience and would be willing to give it another try to see if the sauna reaches the desired temperature for future visits.

I arrived 15 mins early and Josh professionally showed me my room #1, how to use the controllers, access the TV and the restrooms. He gave me suggestions on heating and the guide to what the different color lighting can be useful for. He had everything already set up with two towels and a cold towel outside. Body felt good after the session and knowing that I could control my own heating temperature was reassuring.
